We have six classrooms divided by age and development. Our smaller class sizes allow the teachers to get to know each child on a personal level and enable them to meet each individual child's needs.
Six weeks to 1 year
Teachers care for children through activities that encourage growth and development. Children's sleep schedule is on demand. Teachers encourage physical and emotional development through tummy time, music, personal interaction and more.
Teachers continue to develop the children's social, emotional and physical skills. Children also start developing vocabulary at this age. This is encouraged through reading, repeating, and general conversation with the children.
Children begin preparations for preschool and are encouraged to exhibit appropriate independence. Teachers continue to strengthen language development through reading and conversations. Social skills are encouraged through cooperative play in different centers.
Teachers start to focus on academics. Children are encouraged to explore relationships through interactive play. Fine and gross motor skills are practiced through games, coloring, and hands-on activities.
Teachers encourage further independence as children are prepared for kindergarten throughout the year. Children steadily master their fine and gross motor skills and continue increasing their skills in academics and social development.
We offer latchkey care for children currently in kindergarten through age 12. During the summer program for this age group, teachers take the children on field trips as part of a flexible curriculum to encourage the children to develop their minds and interests while enjoying fun with friends.
